as the famous russian litterateur lev tolstoy (列夫、托尔斯泰)said, “ideal is the beacon(烟火、灯塔). without ideal, there is no secure (无虑的, 安全的, 安心的, 可靠的, 保险的)direction; without a direction, there is no life.” so there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible(.明智的, 有感觉的, 明理的) will connect with our most treasured dreams? maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. to others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. so make our dreams a part of our reality. and make our reality a part of our dreams. there is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.

as a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .but everyone must see the reality clearly at first. your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.

further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

when i was 10 years old ,i became a shot-put training was really hard ,i couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .but i always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".during those hard days,i find i was growing more quickly than others of the same be an athlete is my most correct ,i quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.i really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.

today i say to you my friends that even though i must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .i still have a dream .it is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.

4、口试方法

学期末或学年末的口试是评价学生一学期或一学年英语口语表达能力进步情况的测试。对学生的口语能力进行评价应尽量采用互动的和比较接近实际语言运用情境的方式。以下提供的是对口试的组织方式以及评价原则与方法的建议，供教师组织口试时参考。

a 口试试题

3-5级口试试题可以是：

a.模仿。学生模仿听到的语音。

b.朗读。老师要求学生朗读学生自选的、或教师指定的课文或没有学过的语篇。 c.表演。学生表演所学歌曲、歌谣或短剧等。

d.问答。老师和学生就个人信息、熟悉话题等进行问题。

e.讨论。学生根据教师给定的情景(可用文字、图片、录音材料、录像材料等提示)或话题，当场进行讨论或交流(若学生三人或四人一组，则至少需要两位教师参与评价)。 f.陈述。学生就本课程规定的话题进行有准备的陈述。

教师可以根据教学需要组合不同的试题形式，进行口语评价。

b 口试方法

3-5级口试可以按照以下方式进行：

a.单人口试。一名口试教师对一名考生的考核。

b.两人口试。学生两人一组进行口头交际。老师观察并评分。

在口试教师不足时，我们可以把学生口试陈述内容录制下来，然后再由教师评分。 一次口试可分为若干部分。

八年级英语组 胡蝶 山东省第十届初中英语优质课大赛于9月24日-27在日照举行，感谢学校给我提供了这次宝贵的学习机会。通过参加这次活动，我受益匪浅，对我的英语专业素质提升有很大帮助。三天半的时间里，来自省内各个地市的优秀教师为我们带来了精彩的课堂教学展示。虽然这些优质课的水平不一，风格各异，但每一节课都有很多值得我学习借鉴的东西，也有值得我反思注意的地方。下面就谈谈我的一点感受。

20xx年的暑假全省的英语老师都参加了新课程标准的学习，也在省专家的引导下完成了一份份挑战自我的作业，很多老师提供了一些优秀的教学设计，这次的优质课评选就是以此为契机，以《悦读联播》里的healthy food, school meal, what is tom`s favorite animal? i love horse-riding, how can i get mum to drive me to school? go to the concert.等话题，结合本次新课标的学习收获，来设计课堂教学。虽然每天上午下午各有两个话题，但是老师们的课堂设计中都体现出了新课标的理念。

首先，从情感态度方面，我认为每位老师都很注重激发学生的学习兴趣。大多数课堂上都注重创设情境来导入课文，形式多样，比如卡片，简笔画，flash等等。同时也引导学生在情境中操练所学到的语言内容，体现了新课标的工具性特征。印象最深的是第二天在日照外国语学校的会场听到的滨州市博兴五中的周老师在教授what is tom’s favorite animal?这个话题时，用一段沙画的视频导入，独特有新意，极大地吸引了学生的学习兴趣。

其次，从语言技能方面，授课教师都重视语言技能的形成性训练。语言技能包括听说读写四个方面，是语言运用能力的重要组成部分。本次优质课因是阅读课，老师们对听力的设计不多，我认为这是个小缺憾，但还是有的老师在处理课文的第一步，也就是读前活动时设计了听并连线的练习，这一点值得我在下一步的教学中去借鉴实践，因为现在八年级的课本知识多并且重要，但英语课时数远远不能满足我们的教学需求，对于八年级课本中出现的reading如何处理，一直是老师们争执不下的话题。所以我认为可以在处理reading第一步设计听力环节，让

学生先听，并初步感知课文内容。这样就解决了reading 课文听力的问题。再就是有的老师的口语成为参加评选的硬伤，而有的老师的口语就如行云流水，优美动听，可见老师的口语本身就是学生最好的听力材料，因此我也应当注重自身口语的提升。

再次，从语言知识方面，老师们不是只抓课文语法点讲解，而是高屋建瓴，注重对文章的理解和分析。注重在操练中讲解英语语言知识，比如对于生词的解决，tom thinks it is cruel to put giraffes in the zoo.中cruel是生词，有的老师将其设计成选择题，a残忍的b 冷酷的c 美好的，这也是值得我实践的地方。其中一位老师还让多媒体教学渗透到教学的几个环节，导入部分的视频吸引学生的注意，学完生词后的第二个视频相当于提前感知了课文内容，练习了课文听力。文章处理完之后又一个视频《mr. li》让学生们利用所学来完成mr. li的故事。通过多媒体给学生提供了大量的信息，拓宽了视野，从而激励学生积极主动参与各项学习活动，也避免课堂教学总是围绕着课本转，缺乏新鲜感的弊端。

另外，对学生的评价形式多样，每位老师都能用ok，very good. wonderful. excellent.等表扬、鼓励学生积极学习，收到了不错的学习效果。还有就是评价机制的运用，有三个老师的方式不错，运用的最好的是烟台的刘老师，她将分层教学和评价机制有效结合，文章处理前，出示表格说明三个问题设置分别对应的分数，在文章处理时她在每个问题上分成三个层次，分别是you have to , if you can, challenge yourself.设计问题，文章处理结束，让学生自己得分，结合老师给出的得分表，查看本节课自己的学习成果，同时根据不同的分数段，会看到老师不同的评价语言。青州徐老师在小组合作中运用了一个辩论赛形式，学生在pk时会有一个像星光大道一样的擂台，但是运用的不好，只是形式，没有起到很好的激励作用。

通过本次学习，我认为在以后的教学中我要注意从以下方面改善自己的教学：

1. 课堂教学各个环节要加快节奏。备课时要设计好每一句话，不说废话。

2.关注每一个学生，在课堂上多创设情境，多提供给学生展示的机会，特别要更注意对待优生的鼓励和评价。

3.每节课的重点要突出，难点要通过多种教学方法，在实际运用中巩固理解，达到熟练运用的程度。{初中英语观课心得}.

4.重视自身专业素质的提升，比如正确的语音语调;扎实的英语基础知识。

5.要善于利用多媒体和演画唱等教学手段创设生动活泼的语言情景。比如flash 制作，简笔画运用等

总之，作为一名年轻的老师能有这样的学习机会我感到很荣幸，在学习了这么多优秀教师的宝贵经验之后，今后要认真地上好每一堂课，更要认真地上一堂好课，真正地以发展和培养学生的综合语言运用能力出发。
