Have you ever had a feeling of depression caused by fatigue, loss of appetite and irritability upon returning to school or working from holidays? So what can we do to avoid post-holiday syndrome? In my opinion, the most effective way to nip the syndrome in the bud is to keep the same lifestyle during the holiday. Another approach to keep post-holiday syndrome at bay is to retain an optimistic and positive frame of mind, which can help us to stay away from negative moods.
