Good afternoon,ladies and gentlemen!

I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with,I want to ask a question .Does everybody dream a good dream last night?Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want totalk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.

Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different lifestage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reachin the sky,but like most mariners,we can chart our course by them. With thedream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer confused.With thedream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.

I have a dream: To be a doctor.，because doctor may relieve the pain ofpatients. May let the human change the health. At the same time, I believedthat, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. Therefore, I hopedin the near future ,I might be a doctor.

But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we failin the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, thedream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to moveahead .

Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing isimpossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If I can't realizemy dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find otherexcuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right.If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you canbecome the god and create the truth.

"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword isfamous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time inthe past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Eachachievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want tohave more achievements than others, you must work harder." In some extent, thedream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory willcome.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird thatcannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren fieldfrozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams.Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Let's--- move----out!

Yes,yes,yes,it’s a new day,it’s a different day,and it’s a bright day!Andmost importantly,it’s a new beginning for your life,a beginning where you aregoing to make new decisions,take new actions,make new friends,and take your lifeto a totally unprecedented(空前的) level.

In your mind’s eye,you can see clearly the things you want to have,thepaces you intend to go,the relationships you desire to develop,and the positionsyou aspire(励志) to reach.

You can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everythinghappens as you dream.You can see the smiles on the people around you when themagic moment strikes.You can feel your face is getting red,your heart is beatingfast,and your blood is rushing all over your body,to every single corner of yourbeing!

You know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate andcommitted!(效忠的) And you are confident,you are passionate,you are committed!

You will no longer fear making new sounds,showing new facialexpressions,using your body in new ways,approaching new people,and asking newquestions.

You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion,and youwill show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.

You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of yourlife.You will never succumb(屈服,屈从) to challenges of hardships.

You will never waver(动摇) in your pursuit of excellence.After all,you arethe best,and you deserve the best!

As your coach and friend,I can assure you the door to all the best thingsin the world will open to you,but the key to that door is in your hand.You mustdo your part.You must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actionsyou plan; you must never quit and you must never fear.I know you must do it,youcan do it,you will do it,and you will succeed!Now stand firm and tall,make afist,get excited,and yell it out:

Many people yearn to be more self-confident. Yet they have no idea how toachieve that objective. They look at others who have the gift and say, “Heythat’s what I want. I hate feeling unsure of myself. I wish I could stopobsessing about what others think of me and quit worrying about disappointingother people. I want to stop anguishing over my decisions and torturing myselfabout my mistakes. I think it would be so great to feel self-assured, hold myhead up high and stand tall. I’ve never been self-confident. I wish there were away I could be.”

There is a way. You don’t have to be born with self-confidence.Self-confidence can grow and flourish and ripen and blossom until you actuallycome to feel as though there is a different person inside of you. Here are someinsights that might facilitate the quest.

Learn what a self-confident person is really like. They are not cocky,know-it-all people who don’t care what anybody else thinks. They have theirdoubts. And make mistakes. And are far from perfect. However, they are willingto acknowledge their inadequacies without dwelling on them. They do this bymaintaining a sense of humor, putting problems in perspective, and focusingmainly on what they’ve done right, not wrong.

Though self-confident people do believe in themselves, they don’t try tosuffocate others with their ideas or beliefs. They are confident in what theyknow not only because they read, learn and think but also because they respecttheir instinct, intuition and the unique body of knowledge that they’vedeveloped by living life. They realize that one doesn't have to be labeled an“expert” to believe in one's own truths.

Self-confident people don’t undermine their own worth by comparingthemselves with others, only to conclude that they aren’t “good enough”. Theyappreciate their strengths and accomplishments and can acknowledge, withoutembarrassment, their weaknesses. They don’t live in the “victim” position. Evenif something really bad has occurred, they turn it into a challenge, rememberingto be grateful for the little things in life.
