1在逆境中成长

When we go to school we are taught that life is not always going well we will meet all kinds of difficulties. Everyone hears the words but when they meet difficulties it is hard for them to be OK with it they feel the life is hopeless just as hearing is easy while taking action is another thing.

当我们上学的时候，我们就被教育生活并不总是一帆风顺，我们会遇见各种各样的困难。每个人都听过这些话，但是当遇到困难时，对于他们来说是很难接受的，觉得生活无望，就如说起来是一回事，做起来是另一回事。

Once a famous business person said that the one who faced the failure and stood up he or she will be successful. I absolutely believe it we are in front of so many accidents we need to face the setback and learn from it every setback is a test for us only the one who passes the test can succeed.

曾经一位出名的生意人说，谁面对困难，振作起来，他或她就能成功。我深信此话，我们面对很多的意外，需要面对挫折，从中学会东西，每一次的挫折就是一次考验，只有通过考验的人能成功。

Such as when we feel it hard to study then give up how can we make progress. Life teaches us lesson every minute the adverse situation is a good chance to upgrade ourselves.

比如我们感到学习困难时，就放弃，怎么能进步呢。生活时时刻刻都在教会我们东西，困境是升级自身的好机会。

2面对挫折 Facing Frustration

People always say in one life they can’t be sailing plainly it means people will meet all kinds of difficulties and they are easy to feel frustrated the one who gets over frustration the one who becomes successful. When we meet difficulties we must learn to face it in the optimistic way so we can see the hope and have the faith to move on. The difficult moment is just the small interlude of our lives. As the saying that failure is the mother of success so we need to learn lessons from failure and then when the time comes we will get successful. Facing frustration is unavoidable if we can handle it well we will win.

人们总是说人的一生不可能一帆风顺，这意味着人们会遇到各种各样的困难，他们很容易会感到受挫，谁能走出挫折，谁就能获得成功。当我们遇到困难，必须要学着去乐观面对，这样我们才能看到希望，有信念前进。困难时刻不过是我们生活的小插曲。俗话说失败乃成功之母，我们要从失败中学到教训，当时机到来，我们就会成功。面对挫折是不可避免的，如果我们能处理好，就能赢得胜利。

3直面困难 Face with Difficulty

When you face with difficulty which kind of attitude will you be? Give up or insist? Many people may insist at first but finally give up. Sometimes you just need to try one more time that you overcome it.

当你面对困难的时候，你会是哪种态度呢？是放弃还是坚持？很多人可能会在一开始的时候选择坚持，但最终选择了放弃。有时你只需再努力一次，你就可以克服它了。

As far as I am concerned Edison is an example who succeeded because of his insistence. He had done a lot of experiments before inventing the light bulb. Among those experiments there were many times of failure. Faced with the difficult if he had chosen to give up he wouldn't be such a huge scientist in the history. What can we learn from him? Obviously never easily give up when faced with difficulty. Success never comes without hard work.

我觉得爱迪生就是一个因为坚持而成功的例子。在发明电灯之前他做了大量的实验。在这些实验中，很多都是失败的。面对困难，如果他选择了放弃，他就不会在历史上成为一个伟大的科学家。我们可以从他身上学到什么呢？显然是，在面对困难的时候从不轻易放弃。成功从来都是来自努力的。

I still remember that I learned to ride bicycle when I was seven. My sister pushed my bicycle to help me to ride. Few minutes later she let it go and I fell in the ground. She asked me to try one more time I strove to ride. Finally I did it. It is a happy memory for me.

我还记得我在七岁学习骑自行车的时候。我姐姐抓住我的自行车来帮助我骑。几分钟后，她就放手了，我摔倒在地上。她要我再试一次，我试了。最后，我做到了。对我来说这是一个快乐的回忆。

No one knows how happy you will be after you try your best and succeed until you do it. That is to say when you face with difficulty don’t easily give up. Maybe just try one more time; you can get the fruits of victory.

在你努力取得成功之前没有人知道会有多么的幸福。也就是说，在你面对困难时，不要轻易放弃。也许只是再试一次；你就可以尝到胜利的果实。
